"We went for a little tour in La Bourboule as each year in August yes at first it does not pay for a mine... old bistrobut once at table, very well! the best burger of the village with bread and homemade fries! ! we advised a small white cheese sauce to accompany the fries;)we will return very soon to test again. "I won't be able to give an opinion on the cuisine because we tried to eat there twice and we failed... Obviously they only do one service. I then wanted to book while walking past and the same... You have to call between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.... And they don't even give you a telephone number.... Make do you... Personally, I didn't find the commercial approach at all. If our clientele doesn't interest them, too bad... There are many other places in Bourboule that are much more welcoming... Especially since we come regularly... Plus I hadn't looked at the reviews, but when you look closely we are obviously not the only ones. I invite you to change careers if welcoming customers makes you happy..."

"Super food, beautifully presented with the skill of a Paris-trained chef (JACQUES) and his charming wife (LUCIE). We've been back several times now. Pay attention to the stunning steak knives and select your favourite wood for the handle. We subsequently drove to Thiers to buy the same ones, we loved them so much. Do ask Lucie about them."
