"If you order crunchy thin crust through the app you have to call the store to tell them you want the crunch cracker crust or they will just send the hand tossed thin crust. It's been about 10 orders of the wrong crust so I've given up"

"Today I enjoyed a superb visit to my local Dairy Queen. I ordered the double cheeseburger and a strawberry chocolate blizzard.To start us off, the fresh and quite fluffy bread was not too overwhelming to the entirety of the burger it's self. The burger patties themselves were very good, and topped with perfectly melted cheese. 10/10 burger.The fries were crispy, and the dip accessable ketchup packets were a gold star. 10/10 fries.Moving on to the blizzard, it was mixed to perfection with a well balanced ratio of toppings. This was also served to me very quickly so it was not melted at all. 10/10 blizzard.All of my food was handed to me very quickly and respectfully by two very friendly workers, Maddie, and the other unfortunately I did not catch the name of. 10/10 service.The establishment was playing tasteful music that would satisfy a diverse crowd, aswell at a good volume for conversation and eating. 10/10 environment."

"Been here a few times over the years. At first it was great but lately the pizza is constantly uncooked. I call it soggy soupy pizza now cuz that's what you get, soup on saugy dough...and on a Mona Lisa pizza?! I can only imagine if you had greasy toppings like pepperoni. Ordered pickup one time, and it wasn't even edible. That was my last time going.The servers are always friendly, but the speed of service has always been horrible here. It is easily 1.5 hours if not more for lunch when there's only one or two other couples in the place, and this happens regularly.The plus side is you can see them make your pizza...downside is it shows how incredibly slow and unmotivated they are to work. Very frustrating when you want to come for lunch on a work day."

"I orders a bagel toasted with butter, and when I got it the bagel was barely warm, and they added waayyy too much butter. The costumer service was bad. And they treated me like I was yelling at then and being rude the whole time. They kept giving me dirty looks like I told them something that offended them, even tho I was super nice. All I did was order a coffee and a bagel. They took much longer then they should have. I would not recommend going to this location at all."
