This morning I went to get a usual coffee and bagel which was delicious but I witnessed such a beautiful act of kindness. I’m not sure if it was the owner or store manager, but there was a man outside asking customers for money, she kindly asked him to stop asking customers for money and proceeded to give him a gift card. Huge applause to the way this was handled, with kindness and dignity. View all feedback.

What bucket of crab doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The food is good and AFTER theyve taken your order service is fast- but getting your order taken inside is a pain. I went in and was able to download the app and do a mobile order, and get it, before the person in front of me in line had gotten to the cash. There were 4 ppl in front of me when I came in. At least in drive thru theyll take the next order while they work on one, inside this doesn't happen View all feedback.
