"Don’t order online. Waste of your time for this location. They do not have everything offered and they haven’t changed it. Update: I was advised I would receive a refund and confirmation email. Neither which has occurred. Called back and to speak to the manager and was told it’s a corporate issue. So which is it? Corporate business or family run? How can you be family run and no control over your online orders? Still no refund."

"Excellent customer service. Our waiter was very nice, careful and attentive to us all the time. Our food was AMAZING! Everything was great! Pink shrimps are cooked for perfection! (The only drawback I found in them is that they let a sand in your mouth. Drinks are also very good. Recommend this place for some fresh seafood while visiting Key West."

"The food is great! Plates are big. Prices are low compared to everything else in Key West. Food is Cuban/American and well made. Conch soup is perfect! Service is great! Definitively worth the visit. They will also have a plus for having the cleanest bathroom in Key West!!!!"

"We were lucky enough to stumble upon this restaurant, and boy am I glad we did! I am a big fan of fried green tomatoes, and their fried green tomato sandwich was to die for! Make sure to get something that comes with french fries too! I don't know what they do to make that potato magic, but they are probably the best fries I've ever had. My son is vegetarian, so food options can be a bit hard to come by, but they had a chicken fried portobello mushroom he loved! How cool is that? I have found the service and food pretty hit or miss in Key West, but Firefly exceeded all of our hopes. Way to go!!"

"Had drinks and an appetizer at The Hard Rock with some great friends! Server was pretty slow and our drinks sat at the bar for quite sometime until I got up to retrieve them. Overall great spot."

"Very enjoyed this place. I had the fish tacos that were absolutely delicious. They were so easy to bake. We didn't order them, but I got a picture of the volcanic nachos that are huge and look delicious. Drinks well came in a souvenir cup. I had the blueberry margarita. This is an important Western must. Beautiful small gift shop next door with the typical T-shirts key rings coffee cups and goggles."
