"Visited Bistro Merlot today for lunch, I've eaten here numerous times, a little less for lunch, but i have never had a meal i didn't enjoy to the fullest. We had the Num Pang Sandwich with Fries, Sandwich was AMAZING, fries were perfectly cooked. We also had the California wrap with Ceaser salad, excellent meal.Service was very good, served us hot bread.I also had the Bacon Jalapeno Soup...Ohhh my, definite favorite soup ever, i highly recommend it, it is layered with a thin baked on pastry topping. A MUST HAVE!Owner came out to see how we were enjoying the meal, very friendly and obvious his passion is in this restaurant. Thanks again Bistro Merlot, see you soon, very soon!"

"Tried to order online it did not work. I tried few times. I called the store the girl said I could ordre by phone. She started by taking my phone number and the adress and than she said I'll be back in a second. She kept me on hold 20minutes and she hangup. I was calling from work! I called again. She said yes we're busy , no sorry, nothing. Again she said hold on 2 sec. I waitedanother 10mn and I hang up. I calld and asked for the manager. She suddunly had time to listen and said she can t pass him he isbusy. I asked if busyis serving customers, I am one! She took my order with so many mistakes making me repeat so many times. Itold her I am ordering for someone else and I want to pay with my card. She said ok and she hang up without taking the cardnumber! I called her and explained again what I wanted. She took the card number, never my name or expiry date... and said I llask the manager, and hang up! Obviously no delivery was made! I called an hour later and she said we can t make a payment byphone! I aked why she didn t call me and of course she said she called twice and there was no answer!!! No one called me!"
