B12 Burger Kirkland

I ordered a beef shawarma pita but received a chicken shawarma instead. When I asked for a replacement, the server simply removed the chicken and placed beef in the same sandwich without wearing gloves.

I attempted to place an order online, but it was not working. After several unsuccessful attempts, I called the restaurant and was told I could order over the phone. The person taking my order asked for my phone number and address, then put me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. When I called back, I was told they were busy and put on hold again. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I finally hung up. I called back and requested to speak to the manager, who suddenly had time to listen but claimed he was too busy to speak to me. I placed my order, but the person taking it made numerous mistakes and forgot to take my card number after I requested to pay over the phone. After calling back to provide my card information, I was told they would check with the manager and then hung up. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered. When I called an hour later, I was informed that they could not process payments over the phone. When I questioned why they did not contact me about this issue, they claimed they had called me twice with no answer, which was not true.

The service is terrible, the prices are too high, and the food isn't good at all. Every time I visit this restaurant, they manage to get my order wrong. They never apologize or try to fix the mistake. I really do not recommend this place. I will definitely not be returning!

I make detours to go to this particular Boustan. The chicken is very tasty. The lady at the cash is the sweetest! Very polite and good manners. The phone rang and asked for my permission before picking it up. Bravo : et Merci!
