"So a breath of fresh. presentation of the meal was great. the salate of the woman was beautiful. image worthy. I had the wood grilled pork. cooked for perfection. the personal was great. great concept. beautiful to see a place that takes care of the pure youth and teaches them. recommend others. make another reservation to return."

"We eat local! we are not really chains restaurant people and are really excited when we find a local place that has consistently fantastic eating. we are always flexible to the changes in the menu, which is available and what could be sold out, because we were tried out by salads, suppening, sandwiches, holiday cookies, everyday cookies, rolls and fresh baked were amazing! love the soup, tobys chicken salad sandwich and lemon blueberry cookie! but even if they don't have them, we have ordered the avocado chicken salad and the porcetta sandwich that were fantastic! if they love freshly prepared eating, this is the place to be."

"The staff was super friendly! I don't remember our waitress's name but she was had curly brown hair and was so kind. The food was amazing and very filling. I can tell they care about the quality of the dining experience. I came with 5 other people and everyone of us enjoyed the food. Their complimentary bread was also divine. It was my birthday and they gave me a complimentary dessert as well!"

"We’ve eaten at j. Gilbert’s a hand full of times and I will say this was the most disappointing. I ordered a KC strip that was cooked Ok but the steak was still tough and didn’t have great flavor. The better half had a pork chop that was under cookedAnd was extremely fatty. I ordered the sorbet which was horrible. The replaced it for the Creme Brûlée which was fine. For a for two people I expect better. Any chain steakhouse is better"

"We were excited to try firebirds as we are new in the opposite and unfortunately we will not return. we had reservations at 6:30 and came near this time. we ordered wein and the burrata who came in time. the burrata was delicious and gave us high hopes for the rest, but unfortunately the rest of our meal was on the edge of the unbearable. my man ordered the red snapper, which was over boiled, gumy and over salted. the sides were not amusing and tasted as if they were sitting there. that is funny, because from the time we ordered, our food served over an hour. my baja shrimp pasta had not the goat cheese or fresh basilikum and was best lukewarm. we complained what is not style. our waitress said her manager was too busy to talk to us, but she could offer us a free dessert. note our bill was good over $100 and a $10 free dessert did little to compensate for the terrible service and eating. concerning the service, she spent most night talking to the hostess and never asked us if we want another drink, or even fill our empty water drinks, as we sat there for over an hour waiting for our food. would not recommend spending their time or money here."
