"Food was great. My problem was I was told my order would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I hung up at 5:14. I arrived at the Plum street location at 5:30 paid for my food expecting to wait 10 to 15 minutes. At 6:09 my food was handed to me. I mentioned in a calm tone that I had a 55 minute wait not 20 to 25. I wanted to suggest if it takes that long that would be fine but let the caller know you 're busy and could be 45 minutes to an hour. Her response was we got busy and walked away. I saw 3 orders handed out during my time waiting. HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS THE WAIT! And why the rudeness for an $84 order?"

"The food was fabulous and the service was top notch thanks to our server Aiegrie. She was friendly and very attentive. This is a great local spot to have a nice sit down dinner and/ or drinks. Nice rustic decor. Reminiscent of some of the restaurants my family shared meals in when I was a kid. I highly recommend checking this place out for a delicious burger and fries, a nicely grilled boneless pork chops (very juicy), green beans cooked just right and really yummy mac n cheese. We will definitely be back. Be sure to ask for Aiegrie."
