This has been our go to sub shop for years , subs so juicy they came in a Styrofoam sub container so much meat and veg they put Jimmy Johns gargantuan to shame, now something has changed after 10 minutes on hold to place a order we arrived and placed our order in person after 33 minutes we got our subs a 12 inch traditional and 12 inch Italian normally worth the wait but not no more unfortunately this will be out las... Food was great. My problem was I was told my order would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I hung up at 5:14. I arrived at the Plum street location at 5:30 paid for my food expecting to wait 10 to 15 minutes. At 6:09 my food was handed to me. I mentioned in a calm tone that I had a 55 minute wait not 20 to 25. I wanted to suggest if it takes that long that would be fine but let the caller know you 're busy and could be 4...
