"Long-time regulars of ouillette, we were very disappointed with the revival of this Val d’Isère classic. The kitchen is really not up to the standard of the place. The tasteless salmon toast was served on a slice of stale bread, impossible to cut. The meat was fatty and bad. The pasta was bathed in oil. Industrial desserts. Too bad the service was rather friendly. Factory feeling and lack of authenticity... in short, much too expensive for what you eat. There remains the terrace in the sun which is unbeatable."
