"We travelled here to meet family for a special meal. All the food was delicious. We had a set meal between us. Each course was hot and tasty and everyone enjoyed it. We also managed to fit in dessert so I'd recommend the red velvet...cheesecake as it was delicious and light. Nice attentive staff."

"When we're in the area, we always make sure to dinate at this facility. The service and food are excellent. My husband discovered last time that he does not have to be limited to mild, med, hot or Thai hot. If you cannot decide, for example between medium and hot, you can ask for medium hot."

"Always dead here so you basically never have to wait in line inside or in the drive thru. Nice people though for the most part. I wish they did more business because it looks like they're closed on Sundays. I'm guessing it's because it's not worth staying open for, which is really too bad."

"Waited at least 5 minutes for maitre d to direct us to appropriate restaurant. Bad start there. When we reached Halloumi we were told all ordering was done through QR codes, which included a 5% service charge. We stumbled through the online ordering (pre show menu) and half our menu arrived 5 minutes later. This made me think they were warming up pre-made dishes, an idea which was confirmed when I tasted the houmous which was completely tasteless. The pita was unappealing. I don’t think we have ever sent food back at a restaurant but this was disgusting. To their credit, the waiting staff apologised and offered a replacement. My wife said that if the replacement was as bad as the original we didn’t want it. We were offered other alternatives such A free drink. The gyros, when they arrived (before the calamari incidentally) also showed no evidence of flavour and consisted of big chunks of chicken/pork wrapped up in a thick pita roll. The overwhelming taste was the pita rather than the meat. Their outdoor drinking area was partially enclosed with a permanent roof. I’m not sure of the regulations but I thought people were not allowed to smoke or vape in such a situation; they were doing both. We spoke to a staff member about this who told us smoking was allowed in the area and offered to get a supervisor to discuss this. No one showed. So if you want bland inedible food at an expensive price, if you want to pay (including tip) before you’ve ever seen the food, or the service, and if you want something approaching service from two of goodness knows how many staff are on duty, then Cranside Kitchen Halloumi is for you. If you want a decent meal, stay well away from this place."
