"We came here for a quick and affordable lunch. My rating of 3.5 is on my characterisation of this place as more of a kebab shop than a restaurant. On this level I was pleased overall with the food and service I received. <br>
We ordered the mixed kebab platter. The meats were cooked very well, tender chicken and juicy lamb and the hummus was tasty. The pide, fries and salad were adequate, while there was nothing to write home about with the rice.<br>
Better than your average kebab shop with good quality meat."

"Regular readers will know how I love a good burger – and pickles, I’m a sucker for pickles. So it’s no surprise that I’m always willing to try the burger on the menu, which is exactly what I did when we holed up at Hopscotch on a particularly chilly afternoon. Which burger, I hear you ask? The specials menu offered a pulled beef burger with wholegrain mustard and pickles. Sold. "Parlour was the venue for 26 people on Friday night. Ben and Cameron looked after everything that was requested,great service. Croquettes,Calamari,Chicken sliders,sweet potato tarts and beautiful prawns all tasted lovely. Would recommend Parlour for any occasion."

"I had avoided this place for a while in Canberra because normally the quality of fish n chips around the city is quite bad, but this place has game, I ordered the Calamari n chips it also came with a salad and spicy aloli all very fresh and delicious. Prawns nice. Good warm food for cold Canberra"
