"This place used to be really good. Solid customer service, great on-the-ball management, exceptional food for a fast food joint. Somewhere along the line, something went wrong. The fries aren't as good as they once were, the spicy chicken burger isn't quite as good either,...and the customer service went flying out the window. I went through the drive through here once late at night and it seemed like they just didn't particularly care, almost like I was inconveniencing them. They took their sweet time to get everything. They also have this annoying habit of getting the fries before the burger is ready, so the fries usually go cold, even though I've actually witnessed a manager specifically tell them NOT to ever do this. Worthy mention: There's a young girl here, skinny, short hair, alternative looking with tattoos. She's awesome, super friendly, always great customer service. But she's the only one I recognize from my past visits who still works here. Seems like a lot of other people have left and it just isn't quite what it was. Having said that, if you're up late and just going for a frosty, some fried chicken and a coke, this place is still pretty bomb. Give them credit where credit is due. Restaurant seems pretty good in terms of cleanliness, they generally do a good job of keeping the riff raff out. They had a problem with flies at one point and seem to have fixed that, but haven't been inside the restaurant itself in a while so I can't completely confirm."

"We told the staff when we came in that we were on a short timeline, and they really hustled - without any decrease in quality of food or service. Great food, cheerful speedy service, good humour. I'll come again!"

"It was excited to try south street burgers, but instead was so disappointed. At first they were not polite and they were not welcome. Ordered the food and went to wait for the food. The chefs said we should sit down? Why would she care if I stood or sat, I didn't want to sit, so don't tell me to sit. Secondly, they tried to give us our food without our pop and sweet potatoes, which we ordered. Thirdly, and finally, food was not bigger than a children's meal at McDonald's. Our meal came to $40 and it doesn't even have food 2 10 years old children. Absolute God's mercy and catastrophe beat this place!!"
