"We had a great time at this dinner. the food was good. faster service. we order the philly cheese steak and the Turkish triple decker. both came with fries, a pickle and a side of koleslaw, the delicious. each plate was about $13. our waiter, an older man was very attentive and friendly. I only give it 4 stars because the toilet needed some attention and it was a slow night (only 3 tables occupied) and 2 wait waiting in the corner waiting for the customers to come so that they would have visited the rest room a little rather than sitting around."

"If there was a rating below 1 star, Family Dog deserves it. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes on a Friday at 7:30 and we weren’t even acknowledged. The bar wasn’t even half full! The bartender was stacking glasses, chatting with co-workers, and doing other side work. She was completely uninterested in her 6 or 7 guests seated at the bar. We got up and left, which we have never done in our lives. Having worked in the service industry for years, I will always give front and back of house staff the benefit of the doubt, but taking a drink order is imperative and one of the more simpler tasks of a bartender. Unfortunately this place has steadily gone downhill over the past year or two. It gets by on its location and co-branding that uses one of America’s most beloved treasures, the Grateful Dead, to its advantage. Jerry Garcia would not approve. Even Bobby Weir would be pissed. The staff cannot be bothered to do the job they are there to do. With the exception of Byron, he’s the man."

"Always a hit!! I love almost everything on their menu. They really do stay open 24/7. My favorite meals are the fried catfish meal and cheese burger combo. Although there are homeless people around at night, they have security so I feel safe."

"I'm part of a jazz/r&b group from New York that was supposed to perform at Kat's during a tour in 2020 that was postponed because of the pandemic. For the past few months, we have been trying to reschedule our show, but Isaac treated us very unprofessionally. He told us that we had a specific date reserved on the calendar but later said it wasn't available (after we booked our travel and accommodations), promised to return our phone calls but never did, didn't respond to any voicemails and emails, and even hung up on us during our last conversation. Please be very careful and thorough if you decide to do business with them."

"I should have read the reviews! it was a long time since I had boston market before pandemic. during this visit there were so many inconsistencies. we ordered the lock, the park in the curb at the arrival, follow the jail instructions that call the restaurant and let them know that we are here. she tells us to get to the drivethru. Okay, that's good. the disappointment begins with my order, substitutions should be noticed somewhere, ik. on the menu. ordered garlauch dill kartoffeln received maische. ? I asked for seriousness on the side with the meat leaf no serious at all and it was just not. taste good. it was my first time to order meat from here. Sweet potato cuprole has marshmallow on the photo, I will assume the marshamallos melted, but the kartoffels were too suppe. cornbread was a half part! No cutlery, bag in both. please tell me that the situation had a free day. I loved boston market in past, and I came about 5 weeks ago and everything was great! I don't know."
