"They have eaten here at numerous places and especially enjoy the laksa suppe served as part of their lunch menu. when we discussed it discreetly with the owner, she told us it was from the brokkoli and did not offer any excuse or further explanation. incredibly disappointed by the height of the customer service, let alone the hygiene question that is present with a maden in its food. colleagues and friends have equally recommended to avoid mylan (currently regular) from the above mentioned reasons."

"Disappointing. Satay chicken looked and tasted like bottled sauce with nuts added, tasted awful. Pad See Ew, bland bland boring, but generous amount of chicken. Fish cakes were delicious. Dim Sims we’re yummy. Won’t be going back."

"Great location, good service, but bad food. If you've ever had good indian food, you would agree with me. Tasted only veg items on the menu: 1. Somosa chaat- above average. Was not hot and mint chutney tasted odd 2. Naan- excellent, soft, hot 3. Paneer butter masala- bad. Basically tomato pasta sauce mixed with paneer i am not kidding) 4. Beg biryani- average 5. No tea or coffee- common guys : Bathrooms good, restaurant ambiance great. Since I didn't visit this restaurant for the bathroom or the ambiance, giving it 1 star. Hope the review helps someone else."

"I thought I had already written a review, however when I came here to thank you for the outstanding service last night, I noticed I hadn't left a review yet. So I'm doing it now. We have always had excellent meals from BSM. Couldn't fault it. BSM will always be one of our favourite restaurants! However last night I was impressed yet again. We ordered take away and when I arrived to collect it, your lovely staff apologised that it was not quite ready. This was totally understandable. One quick glance around the room and down the stair case, it was obvious the restaurant was bustling. I didn't mind waiting, of course. I love that this restaurant is busy! But your staff went the extra mile. They offered me a table to wait at, and not only that, they brought me a drink and some prawn chips to snack on while I waited. Wow. I love you guys!!! Keep up the amazing work Jules Will!! Not only do you serve fantastic food, but you have a team that rocks! And thank you to your staff for being so lovely. I truly felt like I was in Bali getting the complete Balinese experience with how caring they were. Xo"
