"I write this review while I have my coffee and desert. Great view of the lake and a very cozy place, but the waitress is terrible. Since the moment my mother and I entered, we can experience the rude sound as if we are not welcome here. One can feel the discriminatory racist sound. I have seen many tourists here and so we stopped, but they don't have an English menu. The waitress approached us with this aggressive thing you want with a flat face, and when I said, we don't speak German, they shrug their shoulders and sighed. I wanted to place an order for a coffee and tea with a tiramisu without alcohol, but she was unwilling to help me understand the menu in any way. Every time I asked any question, she sighed and let us know that our questions disturb her. Unbelievable I ordered what I had to order and experienced the amazingly terrible hospitality. I pay now and if I ever pass this route again, I will definitely avoid this place. I don't understand why you would accept established tourists and treat them awfully. Don't say hello to her. And if the owner reads this, I suggest you fly to Asia and learn something or two about hospitality and hospitality. That would help you."
