"It seems like the quality from the food service area is going down hill quick. I was there yesterday, ordered a burger wanted like 10 minutes only to find out that it wasn’t on the screen, or they gave it away. I had to wait another five minutes, to order and make a burger. If you order food from here, make sure they have the food, and make sure it’s on the screen."

"Ordered take out. Wings, two sandwiches. $48+ for two people. The wings were burned, no celery. Chicken caprese was disappointing. Steak sandwich was good. It was Wednesday, 1/3. Have been many times, eating in. Been satisfied. This take out was hugely disappointing.. the person on the phone was great, as well as the girl at the desk where we picked up the food. Just sharing cuz you can’t fix it if you don’t know it’s broken. Thank you?"

"I believe this is my first one star review ever. We’re a loyal Legoland family, but this “meal” makes me think twice about coming back. The Royal Feast was completely disorganized and was honestly in chaos. I’ve never seen a mob break out before, but this was close. People were waiting 3+ hours for their food to feed their extremely hungry kids. My son is vegetarian, so we had to wait extra long for them to finally make a vegetarian burger and when it came it was so raw that it was inedible. I’ll probably go back to Legoland cause my kids really love it, but this “lunch” was a dreadful experience that ruined my day.Vegetarian options: I love vegi burgers, but not when they’re raw."
