"Excellent service, food and atmosphere. They came around to ask my wife several times if she wanted a refill on her coffee. We both had oatmeal and it was awesome! Normally we get stuffed French toast or eggs and bacon. The French toast is huge!! So unless you’re very hungry, don’t get 2 slices. Only get one! You will not leave hungry!!"

"Went here for breakfast this morning, as a last minute thought. My daughter's flight was delayed, so we decided to grab a bite to eat while waiting. We had approximately 1 hour before she needed to be at the airport. There was a wait outside, and the restaurant was packed inside. The wait time was 20-25 minutes, I thought twice, told the host of our situation, and he said put your name on the list and we'll see. So we waited patiently, (without complaining, or going back to the host to see where we were on the list) and got the text that the table was ready 17 minutes later. Our server Laura came right out, again we mentioned the situation to her, and she understood that we were in a hurry. She got our drinks, and then food came very quickly. Everything was fantastic! Waffle with fruit, avocado toast with eggs, and another waffle with bacon. We asked for the check, paid for it and tipped her well for her quick service. This was our 1st time at the Metro Diner, but we'll probably be regulars now! First impressions are very important, and here there were no excuses, no bad attitude from any of the staff, just kindness. Great job Metro Diner!"

"My organization had a volunteer evaluation dinner there for 70 people We have the choice of 3 appetizers, prime rib, salmon and a veggie pasta. We chose our own pages, salads and got cheesecake for dessert. It was excellent food, service and ambience. It's hard to get hot on the table with so many people, but they did it! I got no complaint just great reviews. Eric and his staff, front and back were excellent. Party of two to a party of 70 run there, don't go!"

"Stopped by late evening, ordered a combo with a medium drink, large fries, and an extra three tenders on the side, decent price of $22 but it was well worth it! PDQ Sauce is my favorite and it's what's bringing me back for more. Plus I need to try their wide variety of chicken sandwiches, grilled and crispy, Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5"

"We stopped before shopping and were treated to a fabulous breakfast. I had a wonderful wrap and my companions loved their crepe and wad. the service was somewhat slow, but we enjoyed the second story view."

"We ordered chop salad with chicken and an additional takeout. The salad had almost no dressing, the salad was loaded with bitter lettuce leaf ends, the chicken was overcooked , dry and difficult to cut with a knife. The takeout was an order of spaghetti bolognese. When we arrived home what we found was stale spaghetti, lumpy sauce and no protein, thus not bolognese at all, just something that was sitting around. We had been there many times in the past and can only conclude that there have been a management and kitchen changes meant to cut costs. Mission accomplished."
