"The empty parking lot should have been enough warning that Cozy Grill is a place to avoid. I liked the retro feel of the place - its a step back in time - but that's where any positive feelings stop and the stomach cramps begin. The food is horrible - cold, greasy, bland. The 'experience' starts with an over salted bowl of broth with chow mein noodles floating in it and goes down from there. I had a sweet/sour pork (breaded) lunch special - which could have been mistaken for a plate of cold sick. Fried rice was cold. The lo mein was a heap of tepid grey cooked sprouts. The sweet/sour pork was ok at best. I couldn't bring myself to eating the food - left having not eaten much of any of it. Walked away paying $6.99 for nothing more than stomach cramps. One word - gross."

"All the reviews on google for this place are accurate. It might throw new people off because it is not clear that there is no table service. If you aren't used to this style of restaurant it can be awkward and frustrating. You need to go to the front and grab an menu, then ring the bell when you're ready for your order. The food is extremely good, fresh and reasonably priced. It is very authentic, definitely not an American-chinese style restaurant. The beer brisket soup was amazing, wife had it. I'm a little more adventurous and had the tripe stirfry. It was amazing. We enjoyed our meal so much we ordered 2 more meals and 2 more apps to go. The (owner? Even suggested one item wasn't recommended for take away, and suggested something that traveled better. Definitely will go again."

"When I walked into this restaurant, I was surprised by the sleek, modern with a touch of industrial, decor. It is visually beautiful, and it made me feel happy just to be there. The food is authentic Chinese, and if you are not accustomed to this type of food (as I am not) it might be a good idea to look at the menu ahead of time to decide what you will sample. The server was very friendly and helpful, and she was happy to answer our questions about the menu and different dishes. My friend and I ordered from the Dim Sum menu and the squid tentacles I tried were unlike anything others I have tried before and delectable! I look forward to having a good look at the menu before I go back next time so I can plan what I would like to try next. I will definitely be returning!"

"We were having an early Mother's Day as we will not be able to next weekend and decided to order from King's. We placed the order at 6:45PM for delivery, after waiting over an hour we thought we would call just to check in on the eta at 8:06PM and were told that our food hadn't been cooked yet and would take another 30 minutes, we decided to wait as chinese food is our favourite but we don't order it very often. We waited more than the 30 minutes and received a call from King's at 9:01PM that our food was still cooking and would be out for delivery in 15 minutes, we also live about a 15 minute drive away from the restaurant as well which meant it would still be another 30 minutes. We asked if there would be a discount due to the long wait and were told that our total would now be $70.85 instead of $77.85, equating to about a 9% discount. We decided to cancel our order at that time as we felt this wasn't sufficient considering such a long wait. Very disappointing experience and will not be ordering from here again."

"We have been 'taking out ' Chinese food from the Nanking for several years. For a Canadian version of Chinese food which is very different, of course, from authentic Chinese cuisine the Nanking does a good job. It is certainly up there with such...universally known Chinese eateries as the Mandarin. The food is fresh, the portions are large, the service when you place your order and pick up is polite and efficient, and the price is fine. If you have a craving for Chinese take out and you don 't want to prepare anything, the Nanking can satisfy you very nicely."
