Hartzell Rd location has been closed for a few years now. Lake St. is still alive and kicking!We moved to the south end of St. Catharines a couple years ago, but whenever we want chinese, we make the trip to the north end for Cosy!Always get the special dinner for two. Lunch combos are great too. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Cosy Grill:
I had unfounded expectations of this restaurant. I wish I could "unfounded" it. Plainly, I didn't find the dishes we ordered any good, with the exception of their honey garlic ribs. The lemon chicken was oily and I think they forgot the chicken. But, they also forgot the meats in the other dishes. And, perhaps a better quality rice would help, a lot. View all feedback.
