"We visited here for the first time on a Sunday lunchtime. We had pre-booked our table so there was no waiting around when we arrived. The waitress informed us immediately that they were busy and there could be a short wait for our order to be taken. Drinks order was promptly taken but then we did have to wait for about 20 minutes for the waitress to return and take our food order. The food did arrive quite quickly and was plentiful and hot. Great value for money and extremely tasty. There were toys to keep the children entertained and even though the restaurant was busy, the waitresses were attentive. Would definitely recommend a visit."

"Afternoon tea started ok, the waitress was pleasant to take our order and this was brought out quite quickly. The sandwiches were nice, but the cakes were generic business bought ice cupcakes, Macaroons and cheesecakes that we did not eat (we took them home but nobody ate them) The Scones were overheated, so was a bit hard. Coffee was lukewarm. After we were served, we did not see anyone again, so no refills of tea etc. and we had to go to the reception to ask them to pay someone."
