"Harappa has become our go to takeaway. We have always enjoyed eating in but recently, with not going out, the boxes are the way to go. Today we tried the kebaby. What a fantastic, tasty, hot, plentiful meal. We normally have the Nessa box but fancied a kebab tonight. What a delight. Delivered in good time, hot, more food than we could eat in one session. Thank you"

"The Nobin (through Deliveroo) unfortunately failed on the holy trinity of service for all restaurants: Our order was 1 hour 15 minutes late Food was barely warm And items were missing! Apparently, the restaurant had delivery driver issues that night however from ordering at 19:10 and receiving the order (well most of it) at 21:35 it left a sour taste. In fairness Fardin did try to communicate the problem proactively, but a call 25 minutes AFTER we were meant to receive the food was not the best start. Throughout the stories about what was happening seemed to get muddled over time so I will put it down they were very busy, and we were paying for it. Never usually leave 1/5 reviews but after taking the time to very rationally explain the next day how bad the service was, I was offered: Next time you order we will throw in some poppadom’s and chutney.... Unfortunately there will not be a next time which is a shame as this could have been a positive review!"

"One of the best Indians around. Whilst Heatons Tandoori is my recommendation for a sit down type of Indian meal, mhariam is amazing for takeaway and in particular the kebabs. Love it both drunk and sober! I usually go for the chicken kebab with chilli sauce, the naan is really tasty, generous portions and good quality chicken (no gristle, just nice tikka) for under a fiver awesome! I live only a few mins walk away and usually call before collecting and they will give me a ring when it's nearly ready. Yesterday i ordered at half six and they called to say its nearly ready in five minutes."

"We’ve tried several local curry houses recently but always come back to Pink Garlic. Their food is always tasty and unlike some other places there’s plenty of lamb/chicken/prawns in the dishes. Love their mushroom rice, naans and the main size chicken chat! Brilliant value and they deliver locally."
