"Went here on the recommendation of the hotel Merit Iguaza Hotel! Turned up having walked town and taken recommendation to go here as close and bumped into a couple of people on same trip as us! Ordered fish empanadas first time seen and two different cuts of steak both with French fries simple yes? First rickety chair breaks, whilst I am not small I wasn't leaning back and rocking on said chair before it broke in half landing me on my backside! Much to the amusement of my other half and others in the restaurant! Secondly empanadas arrives hot on the outside frozen in the middle this was sent back 15mins later another turns up still frozen in the middle I forced the waiters finger in it to prove still frozen beware all that is supposed to be fresh isn't fresh! This was then disgarded and awaited the main courses. My main course arrives as expected steak with French fries but my other halves turns up with steak and boiled/fried potatoes and when asked of the waitress the response was yes my mistake and she buggered off with no I will change it to what was ordered or anything! Much to say my other half was well disappointed (politely speaking or pi$$ed off really)! They offered my other half a free dessert which was declined as she isn't one for dessert and we asked for the bill. I was presented with the bill without the empanadas and told that we would not have to pay the bill so why give it to me then? On principle we paid the bill and left without leaving a tip except the cost of the bill! Would I recommend this restaurant sure if you don't want what you ordered and a Shakesperean comedy of errors but hell no if you want a civilised meal! Go elsewhere is my recommendation! Nice waiting staff obviously poor kitchen staff if they can't deliver what was ordered!"
