"The food is delicious. I heard some great things about the bistro, but the mixed black pasta was beyond my expectations, I highly recommend it. The service was great, the team treats you like family. The atmosphere is great, well lit to set the mood, but pleasant for larger groups. I'm definitely a fan."

"Certainly one of the most amazing places I have experienced. The staff was amazing and well versed in the wine selection and very attentive. The feeling of the dining room was comfortable, but extremely modern and very high end feeling. The owner was very friendly and friendly. Get fucked again."

"Server Dayana was extremely rude and treated us as if any issues were our fault. We got charged extra for an add on to a pizza and it was not put on the pizza. When asked if we could remove the extra charge she got defensive and blamed us for not saying anything when she asked us how the food was when she had not come and asked us how our food was. She forgot to put in one of our orders and when we asked about it she just walked away without saying anything and then came back and asked what we ordered. When talking to one of my other friends who was trying to figure out a charge she told him he needed to call down and not raise his voice when he was simply confused why somthing was being charged for when we had been given the impression it was a free complimentary birthday cookie when we asked if they did anything for birthdays there and said yes I can bring a cookie out. It made for a very unpleasant experience when we were suppose to be enjoying a birthday meal."

"My children and I sat at the bar that surrounds the exposed kitchen. All of the staff and food were great except for the kitchen manager. He was rude and disrespectful to the hispanic cooking staff to the point that I had to say something. I am not hispanic but this was just wrong. He then began yelling at me in front of my children stating that his job is very stressful. He made our meal very stressful and we will never go back. His staff should never be treated with such flagrant disrespect."

"Updated 1/9/17: This was my favorite restaurant since childhood. I was so happy there was one in Baton Rouge when I moved here in 1995. I 've had a tradition since I was 14 of going to Copeland 's on my birthday. In a few weeks I will celebrate my birthday there for the 26th year in a row and will keep up my tradition! I love everything but my favorite item is the Bayou Broccoli appetizer. Soooooo good. Been getting it for over 26 years. People say you don 't go to Copeland 's to get a burger, but I disagree since the Copeland burger is one of the best burgers around. It 's on a croissant with their signature tiger sauce which is awesome. I am sad that they changed the show string French fries to big fat fries though. The Catfish Acadiana with a side of red hots is another one of my favorites. But nothing is bad here. I did try the crab cake on zucchini 'pasta ' today which is a newer item. Flavor was excellent but the zucchini was cooked down a little too much so it did not look like pasta when I make it at home. It also wasn 't spiraled to look like spaghetti it was more like shredded. But the sauce was great. Service was always great, and then it went down for a few years, but it has improved 200% in the last year or two (new management maybe? . They are undergoing renovations now so I 'm curious to see how it will turn out."

"The food and service was good but when I reserve a table a week in advance almost. You’d think that they would would sit us at a real table and not the smallest table in the bar. I also I had wrote that it was our anniversary, what’s the point of putting something down and reserving a table when we could have just went sat at the bar."
