"First, they gave my reservation away to someone else and the manager never even apologized about it ... Just said sit outside in the middle of the summer heat (luckily the temperature had dropped at that point, as it was Labor Day weekend in central Florida). Then the food order was wrong and I was charged for items I didn 't receive ... And they forgot my daughter 's order (or gave it away) so she didn 't get to eat with the rest of us. The icing on the cake is that they added a 20% gratuity to the bill without pointing it out, and my husband left an additional 20% tip! We did not notice until after the weekend (this was the first night of dinner while on vacation) and luckily I found the receipt and looked at it in detail. Now I 'm having to work with the restaurant to reverse the accounting and delete the additional tip. Not a great experience ... Will not be eating there again."
