"We are huge fans of the dinner menu and couldnt wait to try their brunch. We tried the 2 egg breakfast, waffle and Irish Benedict. We couldnt eat any of it. Everything was super bland, the waffle was very tough, dense, and had a baking powder after taste. Very disappointed."

"Usually I write indepth reviews, but this one will be simple. Our bartender was drunk and we noticed rats scurring around in the kitchen. Do not eat here, it's disgusting and the service is awful. I hope they get closed down, Frederick has so much better to offer. We don't need this business staining our city."

"This place is Amazing! It's small, but incredibly enough everything sold is made fresh On-site! Great Selections, nice seasonal specials, Very knowledgeable friendly staff! If you have food allergies you must try Sanctuary! You can order ahead of time and have it ready for pick up. I just can't say enough about the food as well as their Donut specials! Love their Donuts!"

"Ambience is ok, service was good. We tried their cocktail (Tito Vodka with syrup) and in entre we tried their crab cake which was not that great and pan seared salmon which was amazing as it comes with Brussel sprouts. best part is its lake facing so its good if you wanna see outside and enjoy lighting during christmas. Worth trying if you around in that area for outside dining experience. Food is average"
