"Waited for 30 minutes, didn't get any cutlery, our server was very slow, meals came before he got us utensils. Tokyo 15 minutes to get drinks, mediocre meal borderline terrible."

"Was super excited to try the veggie burger at Fatburger today at Willowbrook Mall as there are less vegetarian options available. Got the burger and started eating it right away. Was disappointed when i took a bite as the patty was warm but the bun was practically frozen, totally ruined the whole taste. Will not be going to Fatburger franchise again, not worth the $10 for a frozen bun. Doesnt need to be hot but should be at least warm. Even mcds burgers are warm all around."

"After driving by for many years, we finally stopped in . . . Saturday at noon, so expected a wait, but they said 5 min 's and it was more like 25!While waiting, we looked at the plates being delivered to other tables, and the presentation is Good. . . BUT, the food is Below average . . .In Fact, we had what they promote as their Signature Dishes on the website, and my comment is: Plastic Basic Level Beginners Cookbook fare that makes Hospital food seem good!To be Fair... The Option for Real Shredded Hashbrowns Vrs. those dreadful deep-fried potato chunks is a welcome rarity that is getting very hard to find!The Philly Cheese Steak filling in the Omelette of the same name IS a Very tasty exception to the rest of what was on the plates. . . The Shreds were overcooked, No Seasoning, and packed together like a potato pancake... Not Golden Brown Shreds!The Servers certainly do their best to have a smile and make you feel welcome, which helps me be polite; BUT, this is not the place to find Old Fashioned Diner flavour!Wheelchair accessibility: Impossible to get in the bathrooms with a wheelchair!"

"Poor service eggs benny tasted like vinegar. My wife had a Blt did not enjoy it. Turkey bacon on both and not told. We do not like turkey bacon. Very slow after ordering . Would not go back or recomend."

"Great food ,atmosphere and drinks! But the regular Tuesday Alvins' special Chinese combo is disappointing to say the least. The chow mein with bell peppers was off palate, the sweet and sour was pale in colour and fatty in texture.the rice was more steamed than fried, and the 3 chicken wing tips were tasteless and overcooked. However, the pork schnitzel ordered by my wife was delicious!"
