"Was a little busy when we came in but they got us in pretty quick about 10 minutes. The food came out fresh and hot with no Problems. Our server David was very attentive and Interactive with us and and gave us a good laugh. Was quick and never let our drinks run out. If you stop into this location make sure to ask your David he will take amazing care of you and the food here and the food here is awesome I would definitely Recommend this place to my friends and family."

"We stopped in here for my daddy's 88th birthday lunch. I searched maps for restaurants in the area and this one looked great and it was. I've been through Dayton hundreds of times and didn't know this was tucked in next to the lake. The atmosphere wasgreat. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the fried green beans!! We all got something different and it all was good.They had from sandwiches to steaks. Nice variety. It was a little chilly so we sat inside but they have outdoor seating as well.Very nice find. We will be back."

"Excellent. Had tried their bourbon chicken sandwich at a festival booth last year, and finally made it downtown to try it again. Just as good as I remembered. Got the bourbon chicken & cajun spuds and a side of cornbread. Spuds were very tasty, as was the chicken again. Cornbread wasn't much on it's own, not bad, just nothing special, but it was great to soak up the extra bourbon sauce, so I'd get it again. <br>

The place was pretty packed but they served our food relatively quickly while jugging lots of to go orders. Very friendly staff. The place itself isn't anything fancy, just a somewhat run down cafe kind of thing with very simple chairs and tables and an open kitchen.<br>
