"We were not impressed. First, I recommend that you call ahead to find out if it's trivia night because if it is there might not be room for you. Then they were out of bangers and shepherd's pie but they didn't tell us until we tried to order after looking at the menu for 10 minutes. And apparently the fish and chips don't really come with cole slaw or at least tonight they didn't. But we didn't find that out until the meal came. We think Long John Silver's is better. Connolly's fish batter was too thick and hard on one side."

"Stayed one night in Hurricane and decided to give this place a try. Food was delicious, great portions, and price is cheap. Whatever orange sauce they give you with the fries were 10/10.There are indoor and outdoor dining areas and I loved the aesthetic decor that gave it an authentic diner atmosphere.Service was quick and the staff was friendly.I was going to leave Hurricane at 9am but I delayed my departure just to come here again one more time."

"This place has the best chicken tenders ever. Huge portions. The price is a little high but the portions make up for the price. Two could share an order. A chicken tender is as big as three at other places."

"The place is something hidden and we have not expected to find much vegan options. they have an organic vegan burger on the menu, a vegetarian burger and a vegetarian cheeseburger. they can also ask to get the mushroom burger vegan or vegetarian. the vegan burger was good, but nothing special, the pommes were excellent. the service was very friendly and fast. overall a good experience I did not expect from this location."

"I didn't know what to expect with the restrictions imposed due to the pandemic. After my visit I must say I was very favorably impressed. With social distancing observed and all employees wearing masks at all times, I felt comfortable. To me it was apparent that all patrons were comfortable. The service was excellent! My waitress was also tending bar was clearly quite effective at both. She made me feel welcomed valued, never rushed. The food was excellent in preparation, presentation, taste. My entre was done to perfection. The meal was a great value for the price. I was acknowledged by the manager in a pleasant and professional way while maintaining social distancing wearing a mask."
