"The hot roast beef sandwich was huge and delicious. Filled with plenty of shaved roast beef. The gravy mashed potatoes didn't disappoint. The special milkshake we ordered is worth every penny. More than enough to share. Parking: Very busy at times but we noticed several people parking on the street. "Proof was incredibly accommodating, with our server Kyle providing outstanding service. He assured GF precautions without hesitation and even asked the bartender to avoid handling beer before preparing my cocktail. There were ample options to choose from. Best news was the GF fryer. Plus, some burgers (house made! are safe with the GF or lettuce bun, although not officially marked GF. The food was well-crafted but a bit oversalted for my preferences. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the meal, the service, the classy ambience, and had a lovely time."

"Their croissants are big and taste amazing. It now a tradition of mine to get them every other Friday! Their baked goods are amazing and coffee is perfect. Love love love!"

"Hubby and I were in the mood to try a new place. We'd heard Chill has great food and service, so headed there to give it a try. The server/bartender greeted us warmly as we walked in and invited us to seat ourselves. We were simply amazed at the collection of sports memorabelia and spent the first few minutes admiring the Bobby Orr collection. Drinks came promptly in large glasses. The menu is extensive, but we opted for the Saturday footlong special. Hubby had his plain with a lovely fresh salad. I went all out and ordered the Chili Cheese dog with fries. Two heaped plates appeared shortly thereafter. We could have split and still been stuffed. Add seven TVs playing sports and good music at a reasonable volume, and you have the winning formula for this obviously loved neighbourhood bar and grill!"

"Decided to stop for a quick burrito on my way home from work. I was second I line and all I ordered was a burrito supreme combo with a Dr. Pepper. The car in front of me was there for almost 20 minutes, and even then they were handed a small bag...When I got to the window, I proceeded to wait almost 10 minutes and when I finally got my order, my burrito was fine, the fries supreme was cold, and no fork in the bag. And my Dr. Pepper was a Pepsi. So I waited almost 25 minutes for half my order either wrong or cold and no utensils to eat it.Not stopping here again any time soon."

"My wife and I unfortunately made the decision to go to Boston Pizza in Waterloo, for dinner. We walked in at 7:30 pm. The restaurant was literally half full. We counted 5 tables that were open, and approximately 9 tables that had to be cleaned. We were surprised to hear that they had a 10 15 minutes wait. We had to small groups ahead of us. Looking at the tables, we figured there was no way we would have to wait that long WRONG. It was maddening to be starring at hostesses who starred back at us with no one cleaning tables??? We watched the Manager who walked around to a couple tables, but also made no effort to clear tables. We watched two tables leave, but again no effort to clear the tables. Two more groups came in behind us and they were quoted the same. At 7:50pm, the hostess approached one of the groups ahead of us and offered them a high table in the bar. The family had younger children, and they understandably declined. But, then they did not offer the table to any of the other groups? We then continued the awkward staring for a couple more minutes. We then made the best decision of the night and went to Kelsey's across the road. Kelsey's was much busier, but we were sat right away and had our apps in 5 minutes, approximately at the same time one of the other groups from BP got sat beside us. Unbelievable!!!!! A simple explanation as to why we needed to wait 20 minutes with a half empty restaurant might have helped."
