"Terrible service! I just drove in especially for their bubble tea, the time was 1/4 to 9... The young girl told me they ran out of pearls.... I asked for bubble tea with none... she replied I have shut the machine off and I don 't...want to turn it back on She had 15 mins still before closing with people still having dinner inside. I pointed out to her... the advertised opening hours said 9:00pm... To which she turned her back and started washing dishes! Wow! With so many great places to go to.... Such arrogant manners! DO NOT GIVE this business your money... they obviously do not need it."

"Phoned through a takeaway order 15 minutes before arriving, was not ready when arrived and had to wait another 15 minutes before receiving our order. The ginger chicken was dry and the 'large ' rice was not large by definition. Food generally tastes good but the slow service is just unacceptable."
