"Personally, I will not be attending Nando's Woolloongabba again. As I entered the shop, the first thing I see is pigeons and flies all around the shop, less than meters away from the food. Along with this, there is bird shit on the ground and not a single staff member is making an effort to clean it, this remained on the ground for my whole visit. As I went to order my food, my first impression of the waitress is that she's callous towards her job and any sort of customer satisfaction. I then continued to wait 30 minutes without receiving my food, before having to go up and ask them where it is. I had to restate my order completely, and they showed no signs of sorriness and made no attempt to compensate or apologise to me. I then waited another 15 minutes before receiving a mediocre meal while surrounded by a number of pigeons and flies, not to mention the bird shit. This was the least hygienic 'fast' food store I have attended, and I will not be revisiting any time soon."

"Referred to us by a friend. This was a great location. We booked , arrived early , bags and all.The hostess was more than helpful. Stowed our luggage , front river side table. Meal was huge .Prawns were magnificent as an entree , ordered some Ciabatta bread but didn't really need this at all. Perch , catch of the day was cooked to perfection.Wine list was adequate , but had a Gruner Ventliner . Prices were also satisfactory . Great way to finish a short holiday"

"I travel a bit and enjoy my chicken at Nandos. While on a business trip to Brisbane , I thought I would get a takeaway from Nandos . The lady that took my order was polite and friendly . Unfortunately the food served was simply the worst Nandos I have ever had and I am not too sure whether it was because it was coming to the end of the day for the staff on that friday night shift or perhaps the fact that I appeared from out of town. Either way, I can't find an excuse for a team of hardworking staff to simply serve the worst fries available. This feedback is intended to highlight a possible deficiency in the quality of service. The positive is that I am confident that this might have been an anomaly due to young staff with limited supervision."

"We went for dinner on a Saturday night, made a booking and restaurant was quite full. Our drinks came out fast but our meal took over an hour to come out so definitely be prepared to wait. We got the trio of sliders which was good, the traditional cob salad which is pretty good and the share board. We couldn't finish it all not the healthiest thing obviously but hit the spot. Will go back for the hot dogs they looked good. Overall pretty good food if you're after greasy soul food"

"Ordered these on a whim after craving Wings. They took about half an hour to arrive through uber eats and even with the wait they were quite good.Would have been so much better without the wait and i'd be back to try them in person without the wait.They were served by 500g or Kilo option."

"We found our own seats and were then greeted by a waiter. I ordered the fun burger which was a nice change and delicious as a crumbed portobello mushroom. The meat on my husband’s burger was great texture. The burgers came out really quickly too."

"Around my place of work are a number of coffee shops and restaurants catering to a large number of office workers and tradepersons and they all vie for your business. i used to go to the Defiant Duck to have a takeaway coffee, or to sit in and for informal meetings. The coffee is good however the service is slack and I constantly find myself at odds about continuingto frequent the place. In the end even good coffee cannot replace poor service."
