"The customer service treatment from the drive thru on 5/23 made my meal pleasant tonight. Since Covid, we have endured poor customer service at times from many restaurants struggling to stay open and tonight we go great service from a fast food chicken spot. I just wanted to brag on the woman working the drive-thru tonight who once I had ordered repeated my order back to me before telling me pull forward. Before she handed me my order she repeated my order back to me and told me thank you. The food was Golden Chick's best but it tasted even better since the drive thru person appreciated me and my family stopping by. Kudos to her!"

"First time at this location and will definitely come back. Got a 6 inch chili cheese coney with bacon, onion rings and a cherry coke. I would have liked a little more chili, but everything was hot and tasted great. My Angie, my server was the best part of my visit. She kept the conversation going and put a smile on my face!"

"What the actual heck?!?! This place is terrible! How has it been around so long? I mean it's just not good! The fries were cold and dry. The fish is paper thin and the corn on cob looked like it has been in a steamer for days... just eww all around : Ijust wanted some decent fish to grab on my way home but NEVER ever will I again."

"I love this Sonic. Pretty quick, reliable service. Just like every Sonic, several of their kiosks don’t work. My experience would be a lot better, if they would just stick a cone or an ‘out of order sign’ on the ones that are broken so that I don’t have to pull all the way in, and then back all the way out and go find another kiosk."

"Went for lunch, ordered individual items, $13 and change. When the person brought my food to the table he noticed by ordering as a meal I could have saved around $2. He cancelled the transaction and charged $2 less. The management notified me that the person at the register was a new employee and he did not offer me combination meal price. I am amazed by the honesty and professional work ethic. I highly recommend this Slim Chicken Hurst TX location."

"Tried three different tacos. pretty pricey for lunch at $5 each plus a margarita, which was not good at all (they pour whatever flavor you want into the same frozen mix so it's super-syrupy in some spots and the other is just cheap mix). there are better, similar tacos in the area, I'd say the food quality was average at best for the price. skip this one and try a higher rated taco joint."
