"I and my family have been going to this Hardee's location for breakfast at least three or four times a week every since they opened this location .and we have always been pleased with the quality of the food and the service . that is until recently for the last three months now there has been this girl who looks Spanish but I think is Caucasian that works the drive thru every morning we have gone there and I gotta say if I didn't love the food and the prices so much I would most definitely stop going there because she is hands down the most unprofessional and rudest drive thru attendant I have ever come across not to mention we are always asked to pull up and wait for our order even though there are no cars behind Us so you would expect that she at least got our order right and everything we ordered but nope not the case .on. Three occasion s we had to wait eight minutes on pies and she still forgot to give them to us .we order the same exact thing every time four breakfast platter's with grits instead of gravy and one with steak instead of bacon which we pay extra for but this morning she didn't put my steak in there or bacon and the day before that she didn't give us all four but only three of the platter's we ordered four and because she had another girl bring our order out when we went inside to tell her what had happened she insisted on following us back to the car which incinuated we were not being honest and actually looked inside our vehicle I don't know what this girl is going threw but I do know that loyal customers that eat there often or even if it were their first time should not be treated or greeted with such a mean and disturbing look on their face and a attitude to boot when at this restaurant facility . I let it slide so many times but after this morning I decided if I didn't let someone know that this girl should definitely not be working in a business that deals with customer service and the public in general that I would just have to take my business else where I certainly hope that someone in charge will read my review and do something to correct this problem thank you very m and have a wonderful blessed day"

"The ingredients on the pizza were fresh and tasted amazing. Daniel was awesome. The place inside was clean and I love the decorations. The important part is the food and as far as the pizza, it can?t get better than that. The garlic rolls were awesome. It?s our new go to pizza place. Definitely worth that 50min drive."

I needed to hear the kind thing she said to me and she didn?t evenknow it. I just want you to know she turned my bad day into a good one. "Got in, and we were waiting around 40 minutes before the waiter came back to the table to take orders, 30 minutes for Jack and coke after asking for another one. Really, really, really slow. Doesn't seem like orders were getting put in, and doesn't seem like there's enough staff present to serve much more than the seating that's available at the bar. Maybe skip this, and go to island wing or something else if you don't plan on a 2-3 hour stay at the restaurant waiting on items. Mid-visit update! We have now given up on drinks, and started walking from our table to the bar for refills. If we hit the three hour mark here, we're about to just pay up for what was brought to the table and walk out. Down to one star now for sure, unfortunately. Post visit update. Alright. Management became involved after someone from our table went up front to make a complaint after having been waiting for as long as we were at that point. Additional staff was brought to the table, and everything was expedited at the end right as we were finishing up and about to leave. Food was good, hot and prepped well once it got to the table. I have no complaints with the drinks or the food served."

"Very cool. Many neat puzzles and games. Yummy candy made in business, as well as I ecream. The bananas promote waffles was very good. The cookies looked great, but didn't try. Worth visiting."

"The customer service here is terrible. Definitely my first and last time coming here. The staff is more focused on talking to customers that they clearly know outside of work instead of actually doing their job. I waited over 30 minutes just for drinks and the place wasn’t even busy and when I finally got my check they over charged me for drinks that another table had ordered. The store is just poorly ran."
