"As it only a takeaway service and has no sit down restaurant you would expect it to be on top of its game takeaway food wise. Unfortunately it is badly let down by the standard of food. The dishes are not up to the quality I would expect from an Indian who charge at the prices this establishment does. I am afraid to say that if you want a good Indian takeaway meal there are better places to go in the area. (Although the new place that's just opened in town is certainly NOT one of them)."

"When we walked in the restaurant felt cold and we realized that the radiator next to us was not on. This made for a miserable experience in February. Poppadoms came very quickly, but we waited half an hour to order, then the food came within...minutes. Food was ok, but nothing special. We ate quickly and left, deciding to have coffee at home because it was so chilly."

"Very bad customer service as very rude when I wanted a update on my order. It was going to be an hour after the online estimation. Was told they were busy as it’s a Saturday, surely they should just update the estimation knowing that it was busy. Gone for poor (two) as we cancelled the order and cooked something, which clearly it’s the point of a takeaway. A lower score of 1 wouldn’t be fair as it didn’t eat the food but the service wasn’t average so poor seems fair."

"These guys deserve to do well. Always friendly and hard-working, their food is always good and they offer some very tasty special dishes we have not come across that often as keen Indian foodies. For takeaways, they are always ready to collect when they say it will be ready. They do home delivery too but this obviously takes a little longer. If there's one area of improvement I'd say it is the eating-in experience itself. While the service is still first class, the dining room itself could be more inviting and warmer sometimes. Keep up the great work, guys."
