"Dropped in for a quick and easy breakfast before hitting the road...probably some of the best fried eggs and waffles to be had. Staff were couteous, attentive and prompt in taking order, keeping coffee mugs filled and in providing the bill. Excellent no frills breakfast when you need to hit the road."

"Wonderful dinner experience! Beautiful restaurant, and the special tonight was local halibut and it was the best I’ve ever had. So fresh and so nicely prepared. Their menu has lots of other great options too. For dessert we got the peanut butter pie and it was delicious. Service from Bruno was excellent!"

"Absolutely amazing vibes. Moved here from Alberta country life and here we found our people on Karaoke Night (Tuesdays) The locals were so welcoming to us and my son sang karaoke for the first time and well, stole the show with his favourite classic The Rodeo Song 1980.The Caesers here are amaaazing. Everything is great. Our new Tuesday night stompin grounds. Karaoke of all types, levels and just pure fun.Thank you so much!From Jackson, John Brenda!"

"Went there with my family and we had coffees and muffins. Both were lackluster...the coffee. mine a latte, lacked the normal pick-up flavour...a bit bitter. The place was dim and not that clean and the service was impersonal at best. Will not be back. There are better coffee shops in Parksville with light and life and taste."

"This is the best Pizza in the area, but pizza isn't the only thing they serve. dOnairs are also great. The chicken wings are great, buttermilk wings with good choice of dipping sauces. A great bang for your buck. Does take out also."

"Visited Lefty's based on a recommendation. This place was great. Had a couple of local beer offerings, where all 3 were very tasty. We had the Rocket Fries, Poke Nachos, Chicken Wings, Crispy Chicken burger and Kids cheese burger. The Rocket fries had good flavour, the Poke Nachos were fantastic, the jalapeños tasted really fresh and had some good heat. The Poke Salmon was good, could've been more but there was still a good amount. The Wings were cripsy and they are served with sauce on the side. We had the Ancho Chiplote BBQ sauce. One little had the Crispy Chicken with regular fries. The little gave the sandwich a 11/10. Said the chicken had the right amount of crisp, was still really moist and had good flavor. The other little had the Kids cheeseburger, loved it. For dessert, there was the Worms n Dirt, and the Brownie Bomb. The Brownie Bomb was awesome, though not meant for those with nut allergies as it has a huge chunk of peanut butter in the middle. The only major knock was that it took a bit to get the food, but we were told upfront, and therefore prepared to wait."
