"I stopped in this morning to pick up a dozen donuts and “10 to go”. I decided to go into the store rather than drive thru. I waited in a line up with two people working the front. Instead of having someone working the till and someone getting the order prepared they would take an order than wander off to get the order. Once I had placed my order, I waited and then waited some more! I waited approximately 35 mins from the time I walked in the door until I received my order. I counted 6 people working at drive thru, 10 employees in total. I was told if I wanted faster service I should have placed an online order. I’ll remember this the next time I need coffee and donuts-and take my $35 elsewhere."

"Pros: The staff are awesome, the girl that served me was very nice and understanding. Cons: Unfortunately the food (or at least what I had). I ordered 6oz Steak and eggs with whole wheat toast and for desert a piece of coconut cream pie. First off the toast came out as white, not whole wheat...not a big deal, the steak wasn't cooked to the way I asked (the waitress asked if I wanted both toast and steak returned, and I declined). The I'm pretty sure the steak was out of a box from Walmart. Then I had the pie...the texture of the filling was way off, and the crust was like a loaf of bread, I didn't send it back because I figured there was to much going wrong already and I felt bad for the girl serving me. As I said the waitress was very nice and at the end of the meal she game me a 50% discount on the steak and eggs."

"First time visit here and pleasantly surprised with the welcome we received. A cosyhideaway with a friendly atmosphere. We placed our order at the counter and then seated ourselves at one of the side tables. The Bistro appears small at first but is surprisingly large without that crowded feel. Staff were very friendly, accommodating extending a warm welcome. Service was smoothly efficient and food homemade. We lingered over a second coffee and chatted with the staff. Would highly recommend a stop here throughout the day, a chance to get away from a busy pace."

"Great service. Nicole was our waitress. She was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious. It was the 65. Day of my husband. They brought a dessert, let him wear moose consecration and sung their Bday song. Great time."

"We have eaten many times at the grill and were always very happy - I gave it a very good rating before. but recently I was in the hotel and got off the dining room (it was winter so the terrace was closed). there was no room service due to the kovid available so ordering in the restaurant had to be picked up what is in order, but there were no menus in the hotel room or any information about where to order food. I looked online and the phone numbers indicated were not in service. I had to go to the restaurant, get a menu, go back to our room to check it with my family member, go back to the restaurant to order (no phone number in the menu either). at the order I found out that the information was not correct on the menu description, so I had to consult with my family member in my room. I asked for the phone number of the restaurant so I could call her back with my order, but the personal did not know what the phone number was. she told me to ask the recipe (there was a long line there so I didn't do that I went back to my room then checked the menu again, went back to the restaurant, put my order, went back to my room and waited for her call, then went back to the restaurant to get the food. ah! When we finally got our food, it looked pretty decent until we tasted it. the food was unusable, the whole thing went straight into the müll. I got a veggie burger that I previously ordered on the terrace and was satisfied with it, but I guess they changed their burgers and this thing was totally dishonestly absolutely disgusting. the person I was traveling ate a part of her meal (a Greek salate) and ended so sick she was up all night. I'll never go back."
