"Stayed 3 nights and fridge didn't work reported it and nothing. Called back the next day still nothing . Knobs on sink all wrong . Boil water advisory we was not informed about. So we brushed our teeth and made coffee before finding out . Really going down hill. Have stayed here for years and this was the worst experience of all . Was offered 10%off. Wouldn't recommend paying the prices for the luxury you expect and want get ."

"We have been dining at the Dillard house 40 years. And will never return. This is why . 1) Dining area dirty . 2) The pinnacle of the Dillard house is Fried Chicken, no longer! Bad fry grease most likely using old oil .. 3) Not a assigned person Waiting on any table , waiters sat around talking . 4) Small portions .. 5) Way to expensive for quality food. Country cupboard down the street has much better fried chicken. Food: 3"

"Very good service and friendly! We were greeted by the owner and he spent time chatting with the locals. It has a warm atmosphere with many local photographs, many old, hanging up in the back. The food looks just like the menu pictures and tastes just as good. Thank you for a good experience. We visited on Labor Day morning and had breakfast. I ate biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage and my wife ate the omelette with toast and hash browns. Good prices, too!"

"Large south food and plenty of portions! we stop here when we're in this area. I love fried chicken livers when I find them, I order them. they have not disappointed. they gave me so many that I had them lunch the next day."

"We really enjoyed our Sunday night there my wife and I after a hike on black rock mountain near. we both ordered the taco salad with crushed chicken and a margarita, which were among the best we had. thanks for a pleasant evening."
