"We spent a night here and had a lovely dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. We highly recommend it! The food was fresh and delicious, great quality! Friendly staff. My favorite part was the daily Vegan offering. It's sometimes a challenge for me, but the Sage Restaurant was prepared! Thank you! We'll be back!"

"Chris Jen, Amy, Cody catered for my daughter, LesLee's wedding on August 30th 2014. Everyone who had the pleasure of consuming the mouthwatering chicken, tri tip, potato salad, fruit, green salad, etc gave high praise for the delicious food! Dean and I would highly recommend having Chris and Amy cater any event you may have!"

"Was out for a visit and we decided to stop by for a bite to eat. The food was excellent and the service was good, although we did have to ask for refills on your drinks. The atmosphere was good, and was interesting to see the old meat locker that you can actually dine in Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"This use to be Arron's the Lodge but Arron the chef has left this restaurant and it's not all that great. His food was expensive but totally worth it! And he would come out and say Hi. The prices are still very high but the quality is way down. I ordered a small steak and it was just gray/brown looking and had no flavor. The servers was odd too. younger, high school looking kids working that didn't seem to have much experience. We had to keep asking for things over and over and they would forget to bring them out. My daughter ordered a chicken breast. They knew it was for a kids but when they brought it out had been cooked with cracked pepper. It was way too spicy for her to even eat. Had to send it back and reorder. Even the B B we stayed at said everyone in town is disgusted with this places high prices poor quality. Unfortunately there isn't much else in town for dinner unless you can catch the nights the White Mountain Fountain is serving dinner (Thur-Sat? . I had high hopes for desert but they only had a few options and the one thing I wanted they didn't have. If you want a nice dinner go to Cafe Maddalena in Dunsmuir (20 mins. down the road pricey but super food! Try the fruit tart!!"

"America's Best Cheese Burger is in McCloud, California, you have to go there and try it, you just can't make a better AMERICAN TRADITIONAL cheese burger. Anyone can make what they think would be great, at Floyd's Frosty, they make the most wonderful thank God I was born in American Cheese Burger. I highly suggest the Logger Burger and put the bacon on the side to get the full natural burger flavor. They make their patties and they are thick. Shakes are wonderful and the owners deserves everyone's business these places are rare anymore and when you take into consideration the quality, they should have a line out the door constantly. I could actually measure good days of my life by Floyd's Frosty Logger Cheese Burgers, A Siskiyou County Tradition. (Best Burger Hands Down."

"Tried the Meat Market Restaurant Friday night for the first time and we were not disappointed. Carol the owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating while sitting at the bar enjoying cocktails which were great. Four of us ordered the ribeye which was cooker to perfection. We will definitely go back as this is our new go to place. Mount Shasta could use a restaurant of this caliber. Just Sayin!!!"
