"I was the last customer of the day on the 14th of November the female staff member (sorry I didn't catch her name) who was working was extremely positive in her interactions with the customers ahead of me, and with me as well. My food was great this was the 2nd time that I've stopped at this Extreme Pita in the past week and her positive attitude was an excellent capstone to the day's drive. I do plan to visit again, unfortunately, I'm headed for Nova Scotia and have to isolate for a couple of weeks when I get there, so it'll be a while. Oh food wise, I had a regular Buffalo Chicken Pita. Tasted great, lots of flavour and it was exactly as messy to eat as I'd expected and hoped."

"I travel to Port Hope often and go out of my way to have the masala chicken whenever I can. The flavors are amazing and it tastes like it was just cooked from scratch (it is). This guy knows how to combine spices perfectly!"

"Called on Jan 23rd to make reservations for 15 people for a 30th birthday party for my husband, she was on the wrong date initially and after confirming the day and time, I called back a few minutes later to change it from 5pm to 6pm on Feb 3rd.Showed up for our reservation and was told “no there is no reservation for you, we only show one for a party of 5 people” I was absolutely shocked, I asked to confirm the name, thinking maybe the amount of people was just mis-wrote, and she didn 't even check. I asked if their phone number was the one google showed and she said “no that’s not our number.”After standing there for a few min she said she would ‘see’ if they could get some tables together for us, when she walked away we called the number on google and their phone rang, not once, but twice we tried it.. we walked out the front door and waited for the other 11 people to show up for the reservation and told them what had happened.This put a really sour experience in our mouths, not only because of the disorganization (which should have tipped me off when I initially called) but also because of the lying right to my face and blaming me for the problem, saying that I "must have called the Cobourg or another location. "We no longer wanted to spend any money there (ever), not only that but they missed out on hundreds of dollars because of this. We ended up just leaving without a word and going home and ordering in some pizza, stopping at the liquor store and having a nice night. We wont be back!"
