"So my wife 39 weeks pregnant and with the baby completely in position I thought I would follow the old women's history of spicy food to help induce work. if it works well, if not it is another great apology to take away gratitude. the workers were fantastic after they had mentioned the reason for today's meal, they congratulate us and try to help by sending a few free spicy compliments to the order. as usual were the portions large portions and eating was amazing as always. whether it will help bring our children into this world is another thing. recommend this takeaway, which is my favorite piece in st austell."

"We have been here for years Chinese, it was not perfect, but the best we found in st austell. it has recently changed property, we carefully ordered last night after the negative reviews. so glad we made it! all the dishes were as good or better than before. the sauces were met and missed earlier, but we are all beautiful yesterday evening, especially the Satay sauce."

"For us, this wasn’t the experience we had expected from the previous reviews. Being our families first visit, we would of expected better customer service, no one really knew how the buffet worked and this was not really explained by them. The food was very grey, bland and not to a great standard, not what you would expect from reviews. (I do hope they were genuine). Not somewhere we would revisit and certainly not recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"We chose not to eat here in the end due to lack of choice just burrito or jacket potato as a main. However a lovely place to stop for a drink with the dogs after a walk. They grow so much beautiful veg on site hopefully by next summer some more homegrown food will available"

"I was shocked to find that this beautiful hotel has a separate vegan menu for dinner (pic attached). I was only here for one night so couldn’t sample everything but I had the tofu to start and the curry for main and both were exquisite. As good as you’d expect from a vegan-only place, if not better! Bread also comes with vegan butter. Service was excellent as you’d expect from a nice hotel. Will definitely return based on the food alone (though the hotel itself is also fab)"

"The food is average. I'd read a lot of good things about this place in its early days so had high expectations but it was nothing special, bit greasy, but unimaginative and it was OK. They also seem to be out of a fair few dishes quite often. Will probably try again at some point, but not rushing back."

"The chips, where close perfect, not over done and not undercooked, only crispy enough, the chicken-chow mine was a good size portion and taisted alot better than others that I had in the stall. my only complaints are that the special fried rice with many others dingen and harldly every rice, serving for 1 if only the rice to eat. the dose of drink are 80p, which seems extremely blackmailed, I would much prefer to go to pfund stretcher around the corner and get one for 30p per. or a massive energy drink for 40p 1.5ltr bottle car £2 if asda sold 2ltr bottles for £1. they save their money on drinks, but eating is a good quality, boiled great and attractive star. 5"
