came here for an evening meal with 3 other people when we were in the eden project after a day. none of us could make eating mistakes (we can be fussy) it was perfectly cooked the portions very generous. the service was very good. we went back to the breakfast couldn't blame. would return definately if in the opposite. What Neil Williams doesn't like about The Carclaze:
Went In the afternoon for a meal was shouted at from the bar , grab your menus you sit over there and order at the bar ,lovely meet and greet . You have to get your own cutlery and no condiments on the table . Food was warm , and the pub was freezing as there was no heating , and to Finnish off couldn’t put salt on my meal cause it was damp from the cold . When the waiter says challenge is perfectly cooked with extra large mixed grill with 8oz rump stake. after 14 minutes completed

As a regular at Premier Inn, I can say the Carclaze restaurant can be variable, with occasional staff shortages impacting service and often food choices not available. Price per person: £30–40 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
