"Drive thru is never open for card or cash customers, something always wrong with the machine. Went inside to order food the floor was filthy in the kitchen. One of the staff members had long hair not tied back or with out a hair net. Gloves weren't wore properly. Cashier was prepping food and working the register not washing hands or eating gloves in between. The staff was nice but it was very filthy unorganized. Waited about 25 mins for food. I wouldn't come back here for a very long time ."

"I love the food, service and the staff. The only complaint I have is stock more grilled chicken. No grilled chicken available today. They were also out one other time I went. I love that grilled chicken sandwich, looks like I'm not alone, lol."

"This place is awesome! The service is outstanding and the food is fresh and delicious. I am definitely going back for more. We had the Buffalo crispy chicken sandwich, the honey burger and an array of delicious doughnuts. So good and there is a nice bar to have a drink or two while you wait on your food. Definitely a 5+ stars! Fran and her team are great!"

"The whole experience was great! Customer service is A1. The father son duo that runs the place are so pleasant and helpful. I always enjoy hearing the friendly banter between them lol, cute. Now on to the food. Excellent. I only was able to snap pics ofmy onion rings that I ordered (when I visited for the second time the very next day! because we were too busy scarfing downeverything thing else. We had wings with the housemade ?Barbalow Sauce? ???????????? I could drink that stuff man! The ownerreally needs to consider bottling and selling that stuff. We also tried the Cheesestake sandwich with fries and onions. Thesandwich was great and the onion rings?.no lie best I?ve ever had! So light and airy and crispy and not incredibly greasy.Coming from NYC, we eat our onion rings with tartar sauce. They don?t have any here but I tried it with their housemade ?ChubzSauce?. Not disappointed! It?s like a thousand island dressing but not as heavy as the bottled stuff. Go and support these guysif you?re in Charlotte! I?ll be back (every day on my next trip down. Thanks fellas!"
