"Service was good. The employees were nice. The tables needed needed to be wiped with a clean rag or a cleaner with paper towels because they looked dirty. It was like a dirty rag was used and the water dried leaving behind spots. The food was good. It is open attached to the Pilot gas station. They had one of those Coca-Cola machines that dispenses any flavor combo you want. All in all attached very good experience."

"This review goes for crew team of jun, 19, 2020 layer of 4:28 pm, I first came with mi woman and 3 girls, I will not have many details of wy I decided to leave this review because I write a Wole book, but as a past almost food rest. manager I have to say that the manager at this layer makes a wonderful work to control the crew, customers hire and maintain a good work ethic I am not a wendys eat lover mi myself, I eat only here because of my girls. but I have to say that I'm always coming here. P.S eating was great thanks to the crew back in layer! wonderful job."

"Service needs improvement. when we arrived there, some of the employees in the lobby tik-Töne. the employee in the register would ask them a question and then do not listen to their answer, so that everyone ended repeatedly. we stood there waiting for our food to be told only 15 minutes later that they were from what we ordered. we asked for a refund."

"Stephen Mathis at the Valdosta location was amazing!! He took care of our party of 24 along with other tables. The guy didn’t skip a beat. Drinks stayed full, food was hot! Thanks to everyone at this location, but Stephen needs to be a corporate trainer on how to be a proper server, and how to exemplify excellent customer service."
