"Be careful when ordering and be VERY clear. They had a specials page on top of the menu, with one dish being The Benny When ordering I asked for Bennies followed by the drinks. What arrived was brisket bennies which is on their main menu titled Brisket Benny I was not repeated my order at the start where I could have noticed and changed it and we were not offered to have it replaced when the order came to our table, we were just told there are bennies on the menu. We don't like brisket so had half the toast and only the eggs. Then they came and took our plates away, not even asking if we had finished. Spoke to the female about the order and asked her for future reference for the order taker to confirm the order. The female said nothing at all and walked away. A few minutes later the original server came and apologised for the mix up saying it was her fault and had asked if we were offered to have it remade or if we would like a refund. We told her what was said when the order came with another person and agreed to have some sort of partial refund. The server said she would speak to her manager. After almost minutes of no-one coming back, we left very, very disappointed. We will not be coming back."

"Ordered over $100 worth of pizza for my daughters birthday and had to wait an hour and a half for delivery. when i rang them after an hour they told me it had just been sent out and would be there in 10 minutes or...so, it still took another half an hour for delivery after that so i assumed they lied and had not even started cooking it yet. when it arrived it was almost cold. will buy somewhere else next time. have had pizzas there many times before but quality is so inconsistent."

"We usually go here for dim sum. Shanghai dumplings are the best we've had in Perth! Yum.. Other dim sum offerings are delicious also their claypots. Not the cheapest for what it is but still worth it. I would've given 4 stars but the service is awful. Hurried, dismissive and mistakes aren't unusual. We once had to wait 20mins for a server to appear, it was a slow time with 4 other tables. We were standing up to walk out when she appeared despite the service we still keep coming back for the dim sum."

"The average rating is for the prices, not for the taste of the food. jaffles are super yummy (we had the breakfast one with egg, bacon, some spinach and a chilli relish, and a chilli con carne one), but cost $16 together which is kinda crazy considering it's 2 slices of bread and some filling. tall guy at counter serving today was very meh. not rude or anything, but looked and acted like he didn't want to be there. no coffees here for us today so can't comment on that."
