"An amazing meal! Wait staff was extremely nice, and food surpassed all expectations! I highly recommend for dinner and think it has some of the best food in Chestertown. Even if you are on the northway driving by, I would recommend pulling off and dining here."

"Uncle Charlie should be classified as one of the best Kept Secrets from Chestertown. I say that, because if you're just passing by, you'll try out any other place in the city before you're happy enough to walk into this well-covered but surprisingly modern dining oasis. Once we discovered it, we were here again and again, enthusiastic every time with personal service that rival Blue Heron, a menu and specials, the rival Brooks, and enthusiastic homemade ice cream that reminds me of Jeni's Ice Cream back in Columbus."

"What a great place! The atmosphere of Cafe Sado, nestled in an old Grain mill, was as cool as it was vibrant. Caroline, our server, was on point throughout the meal. Fast, efficient, courteous. Food? Unbelievable! The Tempura Shrimp appetizer was verylight and flaky with an awesome sauce as well as Soy sauce that was NOT salty. My Asian Ceasar salad with Chicken was very welldone with great combination of flavors that did not overpower each other. The GF had the Chicken Broccoli bowl: outstanding! Thesauce was so light, flavorful and delicious. Rice cooked to perfection and the combination of veggies balanced each other. Andthe prices were great too! $40 for two entrees and an appetizer??? Wow. Great stuff, can't wait to get back!"

"Feels like they changed their chef. Used to be great. I had an order of chicken Tikka masala, bindi masala, samosa, salmon tikka, chicken fried rice, chili chicken, dal makhni and aloo Gobi masala. All the dish where below average quality except Bindhi masala.Disappointed because it used to be really great at the beginning years. Few month ago the same thing happened and I thought it might have been a mistake since this is the second time I believe there chef is changed. I won’t be ordering again.Problems:1.Just missing the Indian flavors. There no Indian masalas in the dish.2.Some dishes are over powered with salt where others don’t have salt at all3. Since I am Indian and cooks a lot of Indian food, I know the main thing in India food is combination of ginger, garlic and the Indian spices( cardamom, cinnamon, cloves etc. which is what exactly is missing in their dishes now.4. Tikka masala is the biggest flop. The only thing in that dish was a lot of added sugar and some cream. No flavor at all.I wish they make some good changes before losing their customers."
