"Ive dined in here a few times, and I must say the wet burrito experience reminds me of Juans Place in Berkeley, CA. Fresh meat, nice and moist burrito with verde sauce over. Not only is the taste and quality good, but the prices are rather fair all things considered. Friendly staff and a nice cozy atmosphere with outdoor seating as well. If you like a spicier experience make sure to ask for their habanero sauce. Nice to-go packaging. Food: 5"

"So the drinks were outstanding. 5 stars for the Wild Buck cocktail and Old Fashioned. I'll go back for that. For the food, both the chicken adobada and ribs were far too salty. For what you pay the chili verde should have had a lot more pork. So I'll pass on the food. 3 stars for dinner. But the drinks were excellent."

"I had a lovely meal for one while on a mini vacation. Friendly staff, was seated quickly, delicious fresh fruit margaritas, giant enchilada was extremely hot and fresh. The salsa amazed me with its smoky depth of flavor and fresh onion and cilantro. Certainly my favorite, I wanted to take a gallon home with me. Churro dessert with ice cream and caramel sauce to go was just delicious."

"Casa Las Katarinas is the best! And I mean the best! My family used to own a house in Grass Valley and we went to Katarinas 2-3 times a week! We sold the house a couple of years ago and drive for another 3 hours to go there. We want to buy another home in Grass Valley and Casa Las Katarinas plays a major role. And I don't exaggerate. I'm also vegan. And they have a huge vegan menu with vegan deserts!!! When did you ever see that? Most restaurants don't know how to cook vegan, but let me tell you... Las Katarinas knows how to cook the best vegan food. My family consists of carnivores, vegetarians and vegans. When we go to Las Katarinas, everyone is happy with the best Mexican food we ever had. They cook everything from meat, fish, vegetarians, vegan... and they cook everything to pure perfection no matter what you get. To be honest... I never had a good meal at Casa Las Katarinas. I say that, because every single meal I had was over excellent!!! Add to the delicious dishes, have the most beautiful property and staff. You know us with name and every time we go to this amazing restaurant, we feel at home. The environment is so friendly and it feels like you are going in and the restaurant embraces you. We'll be David and Delia soon!"
