"I was ahead of the line and the third car in line got his food first, then the car behind me got his order before me .I ordered a veggie burger and it was burnt! Burnt side was faced down so I didn't notice till after the second bite. My onion rings were also burnt. My boyfriend ordered a double basket and his burger was also burnt. For $24dollars and cold,burnt food I should have gone to Mc Donald's instead. If it were up to me I would give this Culver`s in surprise No stars"

"Usually when I've been to this location in the past, order was perfect. Today, they handed me a frosty no lid.. okay I can deal. Then no pickles were on my burger? Did pickles suddenly get expensive or some break in the supply chain? Also, no receipt. I scan those for app rewards. It's the little things that drive you nuts."

"Love that DD honors TB in-store prices! the Cheesy Roll Up Cinnamon Twists are awesome afternoon snacks such a great deal! try the Avocado Ranch Sauce as a dip for the Cheesy Roll Up . ah-mazing! BTW, the Steak Chile Verde Fries Burrito is full of flavor perfectly balanced. But BEWARE! The chili Verde sauce is very spicy!!!"

"! avoid this place to all taste! I've been this place for many years. since taking over the new managements, eating horrific. is just terrible. overpriced thanks to the sun city west folks.) if they want genuine authentic Mexican food, that is not. I have two free meal times they offered me, which I never recorded. Today was the last stray. I ordered the caldo de res. he had broken cauliflower like the kind you would put on pozole. the aesthetic was disgusting. the kartoffels were not peeled. this place has gone downhill. there is nothing Mexican or warm at this place. the young girl hung on me because she was upset that I criticized the kaldo instead of offering a very loyal and FORMAL customer a good customer service. she had an undeniable ghetto ratchetton and one vote. they have had nice REAL Mexicans for many years. as a Latina woman, I support Latino companies, but not these. the incredible rudeness it was for me today. the daughter of the owner was rude in the past. if they complain about eating, maybe they should listen to the customers instead of acting as if it were a road fight. the people of the sun love this place, but if they want the right deal. come with their money away from this place pronto! read all bad reviews first...this place used to be decent to ok, but the customer service was good. now it's terrible eating and terrible customer service!"

"My family and I would come in a weekly basis, up until recently. I witnessed the manager throw an absolute fit one evening while I was waiting to be seated. He was so unprofessional, yelling in the back kitchen cussing, he cussed at a customer. It got so ugly, it scared one of the little girls she started crying, the people in the lobby who were behind me just left to go elsewhere after hearing the manager. And The excuse that the coworkers gave was it was national wing day, and the manager was under allot of stress because they had allot of business that night. When we asked for corporates number he refused to give us that information. I'll never step foot in this location."
