"Received half a portion of prawn karahi and burnt saag paneer , when I called and explained the situation , I was told “5er off next bill” , I proceeded to tell the guy that there would not be a next time at this rate. So asked if he could resolve my issue then and there as it had ruined my Friday evenings eating experience with my partner. I was shouted at down the phone , told “You don’t know what a portion looks like” , “you don’t order prawn dishes all the time so how would You know?” and literally the words “you are wrong” After getting nothing but a stressed out manager who’s who’s attitude was as burnt as the tofu consistency paneer I’d been unlucky enough to receive , I was forced to hang up the phone . I have never been spoken to like that by someone who supposedly provides a service of any kind that I pay for. Truly abhorrent and disrespectful behaviour towards me will ensure I never eat there again. The food is usually ok, but tonight it wasn’t and when I politely requested that be sorted , I get hounded by some ignorant man who has the customer service skills of a tracheotomy. I appreciate everyone has off days , and that goes with the food too. But I’m reasonable, and the guy was not , when given the chance to resolve , he inflamed the situation by shouting at me for not agreeing with him ?! I’ll be leaving any review with pictures of the meagre portions and burnt curry so see for yourself. Do yourself a favour , throw all previous pre conceptions of what a “portion” is out the window , embrace you’re sadomasochistic vibes, as you won’t be spoken to like this unless you pay for it in a basement in Prague on a stag weekend. And prepare to have you’re opinions shot down like a Luftwaffe pilot during the Battle of Britain. Truly vile experience."

"Best food I ever had. My partner had Lamb Bengal and I had Chicken Mango and it was very delicious. Both meat were soft, tender and tasty. Keema Rice and Egg Fried Rice was very nice and best of all given us extra popadums chutney tray and prawn cracker for free as well when spending over £35.00. Staff was polite and will order again soon :"

"The food is fantastic! The staff are very helpful. if you want to try new dishes they have the time to suggest other options amending dishes to suit your tastes. Whilst I have to pass several Indian take aways to get to this one, it is definitely worth it!!"
