"My partner and I stopped by on our walk home with our dog and had the most delicious meal accompanied by absolutely impeccable customer service! We eat spring rolls, Thai chicken mince salad and red curry with coconut rice. All were great, however the Thai chicken salad was a surprise favourite, with great minty, chilli flavours! Finally, the waitress and staff were extremely welcoming of our dog, and as we were the last ones to leave they even gave him a few bowls of freshly cooked chicken (which he also rated 5 out of 5 . Overall a great experience. We will be back :"

"Rating this cafe a 3.5 star. We got to this cafe at a busy time, so we were sat outside fairly quickly. The staff were friendly and took our coffee orders. There was already water on the table so we didn't need to ask. As it was a nice day, the cafe doors and windows were open so they could take orders for takeaway which was a nice touch to reduce the crowd inside. The food was quite average here to be honest, and the serving size was quite small for the price, compared to the other excellent cafes we've been to. I have to say that the presentation of the burger dish could have been a lot better, instead of a plate with the burger and chips mixed in together as you could see by the pic. I could forgive this if the cafe wasn't so highly rated but I expected a lot better in this area. We had the chicken sandwich and the beef burger with fries. The burger reminded me of a glorified Macca's cheese burger meal to be brutally honest; the meat patty was super thin with little to no taste. Its sauce wasn't special so it didn't carry the taste of the burger, and the bun was a bit dry (maybe because it's slightly toasted). And the fries that came with it lost some temperature by the time we received it. The coffees were average and importantly not watery. We had a latte and mocha, but maybe they could consider changing the cups they serve them in as it's quite hot to touch obviously; mugs would probably be good for summer and the cups good for winter."

"The service was poor, quite a bit of attitude from the tall chap that cooks the burgers. I would have forgiven it and considered going back if the burgers were amazing but unfortunately they were average. Drive 5-10 mins to Southland and go to Grill'd"

"The appearance of this establishment is not great and the tables and chairs are just adequate. Looks like it used to be a fish and chip shop. However the Thai food is as good as I have had anywhere. This restaurant/café is run by a...lovely young couple who go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. They have been there only 12 months but are obviously building a good client base."

"This is good food, the curries were fresh, authentic, <br/>tasty, and not oily at all. I had been deterred due to the restaurant itself not appearing busy but they were flat out with takeaway orders and for good reason. This is as good as any other Indian food nearby and reasonably priced."
